Shipping Policy — North Lab Peptides
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically shipped the same business day, while orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be shipped the following business day. Estimated transit times range from 2–10 business days and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery timeframes provided by the carrier are generally accurate but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier-related issues.
All packages are dropped off at a Canada Post facility Monday–Friday and are typically collected around 3:00 PM. In some cases, tracking may remain in a “label created” status until the package is picked up and scanned by Canada Post.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for the package, including potential loss, delay, damage, or misdelivery, is transferred to the customer. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and may vary.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, it may be reshipped only after the customer covers any additional shipping and handling fees.
Lost, Missing, or Misdelivered Packages
If tracking does not show the package as delivered, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier. No replacement or refund will be issued until the carrier confirms the package as lost.
If the tracking status shows the package as delivered to the provided address, North Lab Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. In such cases, no automatic replacement or refund will be provided.
